But I felt I should share this bit of constructive criticism, too:

This got me rethinking. And then revthinking.
When communicating as an expert, use brevity mode. Yes.
But there’s something even better you can do: jump on a plane.
This may sound a bit intense, but the ultimate sure-fire way to strengthen any relationship is an email saying simply:
“Grabbing the next flight so we can nail this down in person. See you soon.”
Because there’s brevity mode. Then there’s human mode.
Choose wisely and be the expert you are.
